Data processed

The platform may process technical request information needed for security and delivery, catalogue view counts, owner-session data and information voluntarily submitted through the content-report form.

Cloudflare services

The site uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, database storage, object storage and video delivery. Configure your final privacy notice to accurately describe the Cloudflare products and any additional analytics or payment services you enable.

Owner account

Owner authentication uses secure session cookies. Administrative credentials should be stored as Cloudflare secrets and never embedded into public files.

Reports

Information submitted through the report form is stored for review and abuse-prevention purposes. Keep only what is necessary and establish a retention policy appropriate to your operation.

Your rights

Add the operator's legal identity, contact information, lawful bases, retention periods and applicable privacy rights before launch.

Third-party websites

When you open a curated external link, you leave Vortex and connect directly to the destination website. That site may receive your IP address and other browser information under its own privacy policy. Vortex stores the saved URL and catalogue metadata but does not proxy or download the linked video.

Imported catalogue metadata

When the owner uses the category importer, Vortex may fetch a public source page and store discovered destination URLs, titles, source labels and remote thumbnail URLs in D1. Linked video files are not downloaded or copied by the importer.
